Podpage review (): what it does, who it’s for, what it costs
Podpage builds a podcast website from your existing feed and keeps it in sync, with a page per episode. It is a website builder, not a transcription tool: transcripts appear when you already have them. Pick it for the site; pair it with something else for transcripts.

What Podpage is
Podpage reads the RSS feed from your host and creates a website with an automatic page for each episode. It does not host the feed itself, so your distribution to podcast apps is unchanged.
Transcripts are displayed in their own tab on the episode page. Podpage imports them automatically when your feed includes them (SRT, TXT, HTML, DOCX or JSON) or you paste them into the episode editor. That feature is on the Pro plan and above.
How you get in: Self-serve. Each new site gets a 14-day trial with Basic and Pro features, and no card is needed to start (podpage.com).
Pricing
Podpage publishes Basic at $12/month billed annually or $19 month to month, Pro at $19 or $29, and Elite at $39 or $59, checked September 27, 2026 (podpage.com).

What it does well
- It stays out of your hosting. Because Podpage never holds your feed, trying it or leaving it does not touch distribution.
- Clear cancellation terms. Its help center says a cancelled site goes private but is not deleted, and a pause of up to three months is offered instead (podpage.com).
- Transcript import is broad for a site builder, covering several text and subtitle formats straight from the feed.
Limitations we could verify
- It "doesn’t create transcripts" and says it has no plans to, so a show without transcripts gets episode pages with no searchable text.
- Transcript display needs the Pro plan or above.
- Audiograms, captioned clips and generated visuals are not confirmed on the pages we checked.

Who should pick it
- Your host already puts transcripts in the feed, or you do not need them.
- You want a polished site that follows your feed with no hosting change.
Who should look elsewhere
- You want transcripts written for every past episode without doing it yourself.
- You want listeners to search across the whole catalog, not browse it.
How PodRewind differs
PodRewind starts where Podpage stops: it writes the transcripts. Add the same feed and every episode is transcribed with named speakers, then published as an archive with search across every word. Both can run side by side because they read the feed your host publishes.
Questions answered
Does Podpage transcribe episodes?
No. Podpage says it does not create transcripts. It shows transcripts your feed includes or that you paste in, on the Pro plan and above.
Does Podpage host my podcast?
No. Podpage hosts the website and displays episodes from your feed; your podcast host keeps the audio and the feed.
What happens if I cancel Podpage?
The site stops being public but is not deleted, and you can reactivate it from billing. Full deletion is by request to Podpage support.
