Publishing Episodes to Your Wiki

Make episodes public on your wiki

Publishing Episodes

You choose which episodes appear on your wiki. Publish them one by one, or turn on auto-publish to keep your wiki updated without lifting a finger.

Manual Publishing

You can publish episodes from two places:

From the Episode Page

1. Open any episode
2. Look for the Wiki section
3. Click Publish to Wiki
4. Your episode is now public at yourshow.podrewind.com/episodes/episode-slug

From the Wiki Section

1. Go to Wiki in the sidebar
2. Find the episode in the list
3. Click Publish

Auto-Publishing

Want new episodes published automatically?

1. Go to Wiki > Settings
2. Enable Auto-publish transcripts
3. New episodes will publish to your wiki as soon as transcription completes

Auto-publish applies to new episodes going forward. Your existing episodes stay as they are until you publish them manually. You can always unpublish any episode if you change your mind.

Requirements

Episodes must have:

• Completed audio processing
• Completed transcription

You cannot publish episodes that are still processing.
